Abstract

This article will be an experience report from a reflection on Psychology in Primary Health Care of the Unified Health System. It will use the theory of Sartrean existentialism to understand the possibilities of action in this context. To this end, it uses the notion of Sartrean seriality to elucidate the experiences of isolation. It starts from the socio-historical context in which the text was built, to mention the challenges encountered. In this way, the changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic will be addressed in parallel with its management, observing the constant threats to Brazilian citizenship. Despite these adversities, the Expanded Nucleus of Family Health and Primary Care points out among other proposals for integration with health care points, professionals and the community. In this bias, it demonstrates that health professionals were faced with a fragmented and isolated work, with limitations for the exercise of collectivity and integrality in health.
