Abstract
Abstract: The objective of this article is to analyze the discussions about the use of the "medicine baby", a technique of assisted human reproduction that allows the gestation of healthy babies and genetically compatible with the sibling who is sick, the technique is performed through the genetic diagnosis pre -implantation and many families see it as the only chance to save a sick child. However, the technique raises a series of ethical questions, such as the instrumentalization of life and the best interest of the child. Is it worth using this means to save a life? What would be the limits of its use? These are surveys that this article seeks to analyze.
