A EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NA PERSPECTIVA DA PEDAGOGIA WALDORF

Abstract
This article presents the results of the research carried out in order to raise aspects of Early Childhood Education from the perspective of Waldorf Pedagogy. Therefore, a case study was conducted at the Relicário de Luz School, located in the municipality of Joinville-SC. From the bibliographic survey conducted in books and database, it was possible to know concepts, principles and the history of Waldorf Pedagogy, which contributed to a better understanding of its characteristics. Also, a visit to the school and interview with professionals to know the proposal of Early Childhood Education offered at the Relicário de Luz School, as well as the space, resources and its pedagogical organization in general. Waldorf Pedagogy is based on anthroposophy, idealized by Rudolf Steiner, in Germany, in 1919. The results obtained indicate that this is a pedagogical proposal differentiated from that offered in other schools, having as fundamental categories nature, play and work.
