WHEN LEGALITY FACED FREEDOM OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN THE REGULATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

This is a review of the publication entitled “Legal Aspects of the Intervention of Physical Education Professionals” organized by Angelo Vargas, labor lawyer, with the collaboration of other lawyers from the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro Section (OAB-RJ) and Physical Education professionals. The book brings together articles and was published in partnership with the Federal and Regional Councils of Physical Education (CONFEF), in 2014.
