WOMEN'S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING FROM BODY TO MIND

This work, entitled "Women's Health and Well-being from Body to Mind," is due to the fact that it is an extremely relevant topic, given the need to raise awareness among the population (especially women) about this topic, as health and care for the body and mind are vital. The objectives are to raise public awareness about women's health and promote collective care for women, as they require essential care. This research aims to promote women's health and well-being. Regarding the methodology, the work was conducted using the textual research method, which drew on specialized writings on the subject. Regarding the results and discussion, it was possible to contribute significantly to raising awareness of the issue and reinforcing its importance, as well as promoting dialogue on the topic with greater confidence and scientific foundation. The conclusions drawn from this research are as follows: provocation of the topic and confrontation with reality, awareness of the population, and promotion of women's health at all levels, especially the body and mind. Ultimately, it was clear that this research served as a powerful tool to alert and raise awareness of the need to discuss women's health and to assist in the implementation of good practices that are beneficial to women.
