Impact of pandemic on teaching work in higher education

Abstract

Because of the changes that happened throughout society as a result of the SARS-Cov-2 (Covid-19) pandemic, the choice of this theme is because the occurrence of factors that happen during the routine of the teaching professional, who is always looking for solutions and improvements for teach in the best way. The objective of this study is to know the perception of teachers in the college about a new teaching routine as a result of SARS-Cov-2 (Covid-19). It is a qualitative, field research, with content analysis. For the collection, professors from Faculdade Guilherme Guimbala - FGG were asked, there were 36 professors participants. As a result, there was a lack of experience of teachers with technology for teaching, even with basic support offered by the college. Indeed that does not have psychological support for professors, which is concern of the participants. Now, for the professor the work growed up for mitigate the losses resulting from this new way of teaching.
