Abstract

This article deals with violence against women in a macro mode, contextualizing it throughout history until it reaches the present day, when will it be treated, violence against professional women of public security. According to the statistical data collected, there is a reality that has hitherto been obscure and little faced, namely, the conservative ailments of public spaces, in this case, public security agencies, and more specifically of the state military, a category where the authority, power, subordination and submission are traditional. Despite the incessant search for the realization of women's rights, public spaces and, more specifically, public safety, it faces primary challenges when it comes to gender violence.
