Vol. 1 No. 1 (2025): Special Edition August Lilac 2025

Monumenta: Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies, dedicated to publishing relevant academic articles, invites students from the Santa Catarina Education Association (ACE) and Humanities programs to submit simple and expanded abstracts for our next special issue. In 2025, Cernemape – the Maria da Penha Reference Center and Extension Center of ACE – celebrates its 5th anniversary. Therefore, the overall objective of this special issue is to foster research and debate on crucial topics, with a special focus on women's health and protection.

1. THEMATIC AREAS
Papers must fall within one of the following thematic areas:
 Case Study: Analysis of specific cases involving the application of the Maria da Penha Law or other women's protection issues. Preventive Measures Related to the Maria da Penha Law (Law No. 11,340/2006):
Proposals and analyses on preventive actions for domestic and family violence.
Interdisciplinary Actions in Prevention or Action: Discussion on the collaboration between law and other areas of knowledge (psychology, social work, health, etc.) in addressing violence against women.
Women's Health: Articles addressing women's physical and psychological health issues.
Research Intertwined with the Maria da Penha Law: Studies that deepen the understanding and effectiveness of the Maria da Penha Law in different contexts.
Research Related to the Justice for Peace at Home Program: Analysis and evaluation of the "Justice for Peace at Home" program, its impacts, and challenges.  Preventive Measures for Women's Health, Physical or Psychological:
Discussion on policies and actions aimed at preventing diseases and
promoting women's well-being.
